The story
Three decades on the tools, one phone number.
Scott has been turning wrenches on plumbing for over thirty years. He started Emerson Plumbing Repair & Drain Cleaning in 2017 with a clear plan: stay small, stay local, and do every job himself.
That choice means there is no rotating crew and no offshore call center. When a Clarksville home calls, Scott or Sarah, his scheduling assistant, picks up. From there it is Scott on the truck, on the job, and on the receipt.
Most of the work that comes through the door is what other plumbers either could not finish or would not take on. Scott prefers it that way. Old houses, oddball fixtures, and stubborn drain lines are part of why the job stayed interesting after thirty years.

How Scott works
A handful of rules. No exceptions.
Quote first.
A real number before any work happens. If the price changes, you hear about it before the wrench moves.
Fix the cause.
Patches make repeat calls. Scott goes after the source so the problem stays solved.
Show up on time.
If a window is set, the truck is there. If something pushes it, the phone rings before the clock runs out.
Leave it cleaner.
Boots off, drop cloths down, mess hauled out. Your kitchen does not become a worksite.
Need a plumber today?
Pick up the phone. You will get Scott himself or Sarah, his scheduling assistant, around the clock. No offshore call center. Quotes are free, work is honest, and the truck is local.
